We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant / Launch Coordinator — a hands-on team player who thrives on details, deadlines, and bringing marketing ideas to life. You’ll work directly with our founder and team to help manage client onboarding, launch campaigns, and keep our marketing engine running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Client & Project Coordination

  • Serve as the onboarding coordinator for new clients — ensuring all kickoff materials, brand assets, and access credentials are organized.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication between clients and our team.
  • Prepare monthly reports (social media, email, website analytics) and keep projects on track.

Campaigns & Content

  • Coordinate and execute the Backstage Energy Marketing Webinar — handling graphics, landing page setup, email invites, and slide decks.
  • Support content creation for client and agency social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Help plan content calendars, write post captions, and upload creative assets.
  • Assist in the creation and scheduling of email campaigns for Backstage and clients.

Marketing Operations

  • Update websites with new blog posts, case studies, and landing pages.
  • Manage CRM and track lead or client touchpoints.
  • Coordinate freelancers, vendors, or partners when needed.
  • Maintain a clean system of templates, brand assets, and marketing documentation (SOPs).

Internal Support & Admin

  • Work closely with our owner and team on administrative tasks and day-to-day priorities.
  • Support client follow-up, scheduling, and communication.
  • Handle light research and data organization tasks.

Which Skills We Need From You

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — you love turning to-do lists into done lists.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Strong communicator with excellent written English.
  • Experience in marketing, digital media, or project coordination (agency experience is a plus).
  • Familiar with tools like Canva, Microsoft, GHL (or similar CRM), and social scheduling platforms.
  • Curious about the energy and industrial sectors — or eager to learn fast.
